RETURNS/REFUNDS
Our return and refund
policy is as follows:
* Mounted Wheels may not
be returned. Any shade variation, ding, dent or other imperfection
must be reported prior to mounting wheels.
* Customer is responsible
for all shipping charges.
* There is a 15%
restocking fee for products which covers boxes, labor and inspection.
* Refunds are not given
until wheels are received at our facility and inspected. Wheels
damaged in shipment back to us are not refundable. Shipper should
take adequate shipping insurance for return shipments and rebox wheels
to assure no damage will occur.
*All returns must be
requested within 5 working days of receipt of product. If
purchaser is unable to inspect within 5 days of receipt the purchaser
should locate someone they feel may represent them to inspect wheels.
*No returns will be
accepted without prior notification from Wheel Replicas.
*Any Wheels sent back
freight collect will be refused.
