When you place your order, we ask that you provide the billing address and telephone number that matches the information on file with your credit card company. If the information you provide does NOT match the information on file with your credit card company, your order may be delayed - we will phone or email you for that information, and then call your credit card bank to verify that is is really YOU placing the order!

If you are shipping to an address other than your current billing address, we request that you call your bank and add that shipping address as an Alternate Address on your credit card account.

Discover, Visa, MasterCard, and American Express state to merchants: either ship the goods to the card holder's bona fide billing address, OR to an alternate address provided by the cardholder.  This is for your protection and ours.
