Chrome
Chrome wheels should be cleaned only with soap and water, just as you would clean your car. Use mild soap that does not
have a detergent in it. Always clean wheels when cool NOT hot.
A 100% pure carnuba wax may be used to help prevent items from etching the finish and lifting out contaminants. This should
only be done after cleaning with soap and water. Cleaning wheels should only be done when the wheels are cool NOT hot. It
should be noted that many waxes have abrasive compound in them, do not use any cleaner that is abrasive.
Painted
Painted wheels should be cleaned only with soap and water, just as you would clean your car. Painted wheels have a clearcoat
which is very similar to that which protects your cars paint. Use mild soap that does not have a detergent in it. Always clean
wheels when cool NOT hot.
