1) What kind of quality are your wheels?

A)  Our manufacturing facility builds wheels for many large auto makers (Original Equipment). These manufacturers are ISO9001/9002 and QS9000 certified.  We, being smaller than the OE, are much more particular about our quality.  Our wheels are cast using GIMA Low Pressure Castings.  Our wheels pass DOT, SFI, JWL and TUV regulations.  We engineer our wheels to be light weight as possible to assure the best performance.

2) What is the difference in chrome, polished and clearcoated wheels?

A)  Chrome wheels are very shinny wheels which have a clear sealant on them. Chrome wheels are actually first polished, then copper platted, low nickel plated, high nickel plated then chrome coated. These wheels are easy to maintain and only require soap and water to keep clean.   Currently our wheels are platted using Atotech technology, which is the best in the industry.

B)  Polished wheels are shinny wheels which are buffed to have a high luster. Polished wheels will show water marks and dirt easier than a coated wheel. We do not coat our polished wheels as clearcoating them makes them appear dull.  By using virgin 356.2AL we attain a mirror finish.

C)  Painted wheels are also very easy to maintain. We utilize the latest in German Paint Technology.  Our painted wheels have a far superior finish and luster over powdercoated wheels.  All of our wheels are  clearcoated to keep dirt and waterspots from adhearing to the wheel.
